Applications & Design Features

For supporting timber joists and structural composite timber from masonry walls. Straddle to comply with fire regulations in party wall applications. A non welded construction to BS6178. Increased safe working loads, higher side flange and resists rotation.

Installation Requirements

600mm of cured brick/block work above hanger before loading. All hangers for timbers 150mm deep and above are made 10mm undersized for notching, which provides a flush ceiling line.

Material Specification

2.5mm pre galvanised. mild steel to BS EN10142:1991, DX51D + Z600. Stainless steel hangers made to order.
